Our Story: Three Generations of Comfort
Jim’s Air Systems is a local family owned and operated heating and air conditioning company servicing the bay Area for the past 47 years. The founder James Arellano started the company in 1978 and is now operated by his son Joshua Arellano since 2005. Joshua’s sons are now working with us and are now the 3rd generation of HVAC installers. We specialize in the installation, repair and servicing of Heating, Air conditioning, indoor air quality, solar PV, and water heaters for residential, commercial and new construction custom homes. All of our work is done in house and custom designed by our team with over 90 years of installation experience. We pride ourselves on the highest quality workmanship and great customer service. Most of our customers are referrals from previous customers, their family and friends.

Joshua will personally come to your home to educate you on the many different types of systems available, discuss your installation options, and answer all of your questions in detail. We understand that a new HVAC system is a big investment, and we want to give you the best deal for your budget, without the high-pressure sales tactics.
